    Sleep Builder has helped me get that elusive restful night's sleep

    Being in the midst of perimenopause, sleep or rather, the lack of a good night's sleep has been a thorn in my recovery. I have found that although I still wake up once in the night, I am able to fall back asleep a lot faster now which has meant a better overall quality of sleep in general and that has positive impacts to my day ahead.

    Still figuring it out.

    I started taking Spoken Sleep Builder for the last week. Most days are the same .. but I had 1 night I think I sleep all night which doesn't happen very often and 1 night I got up once. I'm staying neutral for now until I can see some consistency in better sleep. I'll be more then happy to update you after I give it a fair chance to improve my sleep.

    Finally feeling rested

    This product has the perfect combination to help me unwind after a shift (bartender till 10pm) I can feel myself relaxing without being drowsy. The flavor is great which makes it even easier to stay consistent with nightly intake.
