Not at all. True, Spoken Nutrition was designed to by the performance coaches behind the world's top athletes to solve real problems for their athletes. But proper nutritional supplementation is something can benefit everyone, and that's exactly what Spoken provides.

The nutritional needs of children are different from those of adults. It is best to consult with a medical professional before giving any Spoken products to children.

For retail customers, we offer free shipping on orders of $65 or more. For orders below $65, the shipping rates will appear at the time of your order. For wholesale orders, we offer free shipping on orders of $500.00 or more. For orders below $500.00, the shipping rates will appear at the time of order. Eligibility for free shipping will be calculated based on the order subtotal (after discounts, before taxes and shipping).

We offer standard shipping of 3-6 business days, and our processing time for most orders is 1-2 business days. However, as with athletes, rest and recovery is important for us too so orders do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays. Also, please note that we do not control the weather or international affairs. So, while we try to make sure you get your orders on a timely basis, shipping delays may happen.
