For retail customers, we offer free shipping on orders of $65 or more. For orders below $65, the shipping rates will appear at the time of your order. For wholesale orders, we offer free shipping on orders of $500.00 or more. For orders below $500.00, the shipping rates will appear at the time of order. Eligibility for free shipping will be calculated based on the order subtotal (after discounts, before taxes and shipping).

We offer standard shipping of 3-6 business days, and our processing time for most orders is 1-2 business days. However, as with athletes, rest and recovery is important for us too so orders do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays. Also, please note that we do not control the weather or international affairs. So, while we try to make sure you get your orders on a timely basis, shipping delays may happen.

Yes, you can manage your subscriptions by signing in to your customer account and viewing the "Subscriptions" tab, or by clicking "Manage your subscription" in your subscription emails. Please note, if your order has already been processed, any changes will apply to the following delivery. You can skip, pause, cancel, resume your subscription, and update your payment method and shipping address in your account.
